You may ask: Is it legal? The anwser is yes. Since I'm buying an in-game item with in-game currency Its legal.

Some people will post here telling you that he can give you more than 120k but I doubt it.

Others will tell you that you can ebay it and buy gold. I would say that buying gold is it against the Terms of Agreement that Blizzard and should not be encouraged.
