I'm looking to buy a character with the following requirements.

Race - Blood Elf (Male)
Class - Rogue
Gears - At least S2 Gears for PVP and Kara/ZA/Mag for PVE. Up to SSC/TK - Full S3 Gears.
Xfer - Must be available now or very soon.
Payment - Must be paypal verified. (No Bank Transfer/CC/WU)
Ownership - Must be O.O or have all the info (First/last name, CD keys, Address, Secret Q/A and login/password of course).

The followings are not necessary but a plus (will consider higher offer price) depending on what you have.
-Epic flyer/Rare Epic ground mounts.
-Nice reputation with major factions (Horde, Scryer or Aldor, Sha'tar, Cenarion Expedition, Netherwing, etc)
-Arena/Honor Points, Badges, Tokens.
-Rare PvP or PVE Titles.

I'm willing to spend up to 350 USD depending on gears/rep/mounts/honor/arena but willing to negotiate if your character is exceptionally good. Must be able to provide armory and ingame meeting. Willing to talk before transaction if necessary.
I'm paypal verified and will buy out immediately if I like your character. I am not from US as you can see my location. I don't have nice rep/post on markee because I only come here when I need.
