I am looking to buy a high-end, well-maintained Wuthering Waves endgame account focused on modern meta and roster completion.

I am specifically looking for a MODERN META / COLLECTOR account with HIGH-END ECHO BUILDS. I do not care about early 1.X characters like Jiyan or Yinlin being maxed out to S6. I want current powerhouse units ready for endgame content.
Strict Requirements:
Roster Completion: Must have a complete roster up to Jingran/HSIN.
Sigrika: Must be at least S0 with sig.
Mandatory Support Sequences: S1 Shorekeeper AND S1 Mornye are ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY baselines.
DPS Sequences Preference: Having a complete roster is the main priority, but I PREFER accounts that have at least one top DPS at S2 or S3 (specifically Carti, Hiyuki, Phrolova, Yangyang, Xuanling,Qingxiao,or Aemeath).
Weapons Requirement (CRITICAL for Endstate Matrix):
- Due to Endstate Matrix weapon locking rules, Signature weapons are MANDATORY for ALL main DPS and meta sub-DPS characters (including critical multi-user weapons like Stringmaster).
- Standard 5-star or high-refinement substitutes are ONLY acceptable for a few select supports where the signature is not essential for rotation (e.g., Shorekeeper, Luuk, Zhezhi,Suisui,Mornye,Roccia).
- The weapon inventory must fully support running multiple high-end teams simultaneously without sharing core weapons.
Echo Builds & Stats Requirement (CRITICAL):
All main DPS characters must have proper end-game Echo builds. Do NOT offer accounts with mediocre stats (e.g., 50% CR / 220-250% CD is unacceptable for a high-end account).
Proper, RECOMMENDED (not bare minimum) Energy Regen (ER) is mandatory for ALL main characters and supports to ensure smooth rotations.
World Exploration, Top-up Bonus & Currency:
World Exploration status must be specified. Accounts with left-over exploration (especially in newer regions) are highly preferred.
Please state if the Anniversary Top-up 2x double bonuses are still available or if they have been used.
High Asterite/Tides count is PREFERRED. Ideally around 10k+ Asterite, or at least enough pulls for half a pity. (Not a total dealbreaker if lower, but will factor into the price).
Having a decent amount of Afterglow Coral left on the account is highly preferred.
