I'm a new LoTRO player and I have recently found out that there was this crazy promo for a huge chunk of content LOTROQUESTS2021, which I have only recently missed. Feeling pretty frustrated, but I would be willing to buy any account that has used the promo code.
I do not really care about characters, as I will be using it to create my own.
