Looking to buy ideally, the cheapest going account on server 1931, doesn't need bells and whistles, just need to be on that server, the single only requirement.
Even got a level 3 with absolutely nothing else going for it but it's on server 1931? I'm interested.
Friend is there, want to join their alliance, no other way in currently.
