Wrongful negative feedback - no deal done, not sure who feedback leaver is

I was given a negative feedback by one joshverseyt, but I am unable to even view the thread as it seems to be removed.

I don't believe I've had any contact with him at all, at certainly have not gotten an account from him.
I also had a neutral feedback from some time ago which I just noticed, and again I never dealed with the guy at all, is it still possible to appeal that one? Believe he may have been trying to contact me. he hasn't been replying even though he's been online, how long do we need to give him?
Also, is it possible to appeal the neutral feedback ( which doesnt seem to be feedback at all?) I'm fairly sure I reported it back then, but didn't realise I should be appealing it here.
