Hello, hope you are having a nice day.

I own an Overwatch elo boosting service and it is my main and only source of income. I am really hoping that you can help me here.

Here is my thread on EpicNPC
https://www.epicnpc.com/threads/1063...ch-SR-Boosting

I had a customer who was very rude, impatient, very hard to deal with and left a bad review despite me doing nothing wrong at all.
I am hoping you can remove this bad review as 100% positive feedback is a trademark of my business (as you can see on my posts from other forums here as well as what used to be 100% here on EpicNPC)

https://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/ov...nal-boost.html

He complained in his review that I wasnt responsive and that his account wasnt being played on, what he left out is that his account wasnt being played on because he changed his password when he felt like it before consulting me first, so the elo booster couldnt have gotten into his account when he was ready to do his order in one swing.
Also he didnt ask questions I would gladly answer, he just assumed I will give him hourly updates or something (without asking for them) and then complained that I didnt - guess he thought hes my only customer and I have no employees or something along those lines.

Here is the entire conversation I had with the guy

With all due respect, he is a hard individual to deal with as you can see.

Also, when he made the purchase he agreed to SkyBoostings (my) Terms of Use. Within these terms of use it is clearly stated that I am not responsible for delays if the account details (email or password) changes. Therefore he has no right to complain and I have every right to deny his refund request if I wish to do so (although if I have to refund him to make the bad review go away I will do so with no hesitation).

You can read the Terms of Use here https://goo.gl/bGt863

Also, he didnt ask about the estimated time frame for the completion of the order, he simply started complaining at one point with no communication or questions about the time frame beforehand. Therefore he has no right no complain about how long the boost is taking, even though it was definetly a reasonable amount of time (>24 hours).

Update: I told him to remove the review in exchange for refund, but he couldnt remove it so he posted a neutral one instead. Please remove both the negative feedback as well as the neutral one, I will refund him his 30$ afterwards.

Hoping you can help me retain my business.
Thank you for your response in advance

negative is already gone. nuetral can be removed once refund is handled. next time as a suggestion is to give the customer a time frame of when you will start the boost and how long to complete after wards. do not wait for them to ask just tell them. some people just think you'll start immediately and only have their job or theres is more important then others.

Noted.

https://imgur.com/a/CAluE I refunded him in full. You can remove the neutral feedback of his now.

Thank you
