giving 1 star without any valid reason. He request to refund because honkai star rail account birthday is set. BUT

1. he never ask and mention the account he want must birthday unset.
2. i never mention the account is birthday unset.
3. he also never mention he need an account birthday unset.
4. i said account is unlinked fresh starter. account is unlinked is mean refer to account can binding. can bind gmail, fb and email. i sure everyone know what is mean account unlinked = mean refer to binding. not birthday unset.

please remove the 1 star because is his fault for not mention and request must birthday unset account and asking wrong info on his side and request refund without any valid reason.
request to remove is negative 1 star feedback and comment on my post. Is unfair for me.

I never asked for a refund, ever. I asked for another account with the bd unset and you would simply take back the one u sent with the bd set, never asked for a refund stop the cap. Since u don’t offer ‘solution / refund’ it would be good to mention it in your posts before selling! Anyways always on the sellers side so it does not matter what i say.
