Problem
1. He @mokkaman does not meet my rule *PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL FAMILY AND FRIEND*
2. he claims I'm rude to him. for not selling an account to him because of price,
3 .the problem is if he is able to send me with family and friends I just give acc to him, but he won't do that rule.
4. and this feedback I did not make any transactions to him
