Wrong feedback by someone I do not even know.

• This review is not about me. The customer commented on my listing, and a scammer posing as me, but with different contact details, reached out to them. They never contacted me directly to purchase an account. Therefore, I believe this review is unfair and unwarranted, as it undermines trust in me as a seller.

• Please report false feedback ASAP, within 10 days of receiving the feedback.
  • If reported within 10 days, the user who gave the feedback will be asked to prove it. If they are unable to, the feedback will be removed as false.
  • We will make a best effort to investigate feedbacks up to 30 days from when the feedback is received.
  • After 30 days the burden of proof falls solely on the member who receives the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe files a dispute to have it removed. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.
• Between 11 - 30 days is a gray area. We will do our best to investigate, however decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
• Feedback will ONLY be removed if it's false. If resolved, it will be updated to neutral.

Please provide proof that the feedback is fake.

I am not a full-time seller; sometimes I take breaks from all of this. Just as they left me a review, I reached out to support (through a complaint about the review), but my request was denied, even though the review contains no evidence to support it. Here is my entire correspondence with the user.
