Wrong feedback by someone I do not even know. Says the topic is closed/deleted

There is a feedback like this on my profile.
I do not even know this guy. Probably got scammed. I can not visit the deal thread anymore.
This feedback needs to be removed.

If they dont respond you will have to prove no sale happened as the feedback is too old to be removed.

He said "scammed me out of 250$ for a graal account" on the feedback.

I do not even know what is Graal. You can see that I've never made a thread for that thing whatever that is.

This is why we require feedback to be reported in 30 days.

• Feedback can only be removed if it's false. We will only investigate these claims if Trade Guardian is used.
• If you believe feedback is false, you can open a dispute thread.
  • False feedback must been reported within 30 days
  • After 30 days, the burden of proof falls solely on the member who received the feedback.
    • Example: Joe gets a negative feedback from Roger. Two months later Joe disputes the feedback. Joe must show proof the feedback is false. Roger does not need to prove his feedback is true.

Well I haven't been using EpicNPC for quite a long time, in fact I haven't been using my PC at all.
As maybe you know I was a moderator here aswell but had to stop because of inactivity.
I have no idea who is this guy, what is the deal about or who scammed him.

What do we do now?
