What is the dispute about?

Bought this WoW account back in January, all went smooth, until about two weeks ago he PM'd me and asking to buy the WoW account back, I told him I'd think about it, and I woke up today to emails that the account was recovered

Did the seller say he's the original owner? (provide proof)
What account information did the seller provide you at the time of sale? (ID, SQA, etc) I received the SQA, ID(but was told it was name after I bought it changed so I didn't want to try risking a ticket)
How long did you have the account before it was recalled? 4 months
If you have a support ticket about this recall, please post screenshots of it.

Ironically, the last time he was online at epicnpc was the time I got the emails for these.
If Im missing any info do let me know, I haven't opened a dispute in awhile.

Hello it seems the account has been recalled by a former user of the account. What I can do is try to recall it for shady.

I was able to recover the account for shady and he is checking it now.

Can confirm he was able to recover the account, I have changed the SQA/PW/EMAIL.

I'm hoping the person who recovered the account doesn't try to again, but I think blizzard would ban it if theirs's an attempt made.

EpicNPC does NOT investigate disputes unless Trade Guardian was used. Instead we will conduct a review of the accused member's account. Please give the user a negative feedback instead.

As of now I have the account and info under mine, but I still could not confirm who is the OO, if I choose to keep the account and it gets reclaimed what would be the circumstance?

Well at this point you would be accepting the risk as we all know now that wowaccountbuyer is NOT the OO. So if there were an issue to arise again, it wouldn't be an automatic refund as it wouldn't technically be false advertisement.

When my spare account sells I may be able to give a partial refund.

CartnerNPC as of now can ask to have a full refund as it was originally false advertisement, if he accepted the account after what was mentioned in this dispute you would be able to issue a partial, but that is not the case.

The account was returned to Carter before any mention of you not being the OO.

If it was discussed or mentioned that you were not the OO before the account was returned to Carter, then that would not be considered false advertisement and a full refund wouldn't have to be issued.

If you have any proof that you told Carter you weren't the OO when returning the account back please post here.

pretty sure @wowaccountbuyer92 is just ****ing around at this point and recovered it since I'm making him give a refund as he thought I'd keep the account.
HE didn't recover it orignanlly, he had it the entire time, and decided to give it back kek.

You don't have money for a refund, you won't return the account you claim to not be the OO of, idk what your goal is at this point, but let the admin handle the final decision, i gave you enough chances, and you ended up scamming another person due to that.

Im not evading nothing, I refuse to refund carternpc. Nobody gives a **** that he sent me abusive messages on discord. All they care is that he hasnt received a refund.
