Was online for 2 hours on the account before i got disconnected and not able to login, there was no banned account icon just dc when i logged in, i've done 80+ boost from when i started the page (Not only from epicnpc) and everyone ive boosted is on skype i asked everyone if their account got banned they said no, and i did boosts before under and after the banwave and every account ive boosted is not banned. Seems quite wierd. Anything else you need from me message

I did not refuse to refund you, i dont appreciate people taking advantage of chargeback on paypal.

Mounts, Pets, transmogs, etc are kept within the account they will be accesable through another wow instance from same account.

Just some proof, boosted him multible times, before, after, and under banwave.

That means that the account wasn't even finished boosting, why would I even take advantage of a 2 hour boost? Why didn't I just wait until you finished boosting it? Oh that's right, because you got it banned before it even reached 110. My level is only 104.

Taking a look at your reviews, the last boost you did was last month "Buyer mjamestreg(0) 10-28-2016" as stated in your feedback. Banwave was from the 22nd, which was yesterday. As you stated "after" the banwave. Meaning, you boosted an account a day after I got banned? Even with an pending dispute against you? As stated in the skype chat "Yes, everything is slow atm want to expand my feedback etc"

Excuse me, but my account has an authenticator. How can you "dc" when you can't login without it? I have evidence of the time when you said "boosting started" and also the time where I received an email from blizzard stating my account was banned. Boost was 12+ hours as you stated. From the timestamp, lets say you start at 6:30am. The email from blizzard came at 11:30am. 5 hours? This was definitely during the time you logged in.

The problem with banwaves it's hard to be able to pinpoint when you were banned. Bans are not instant. You could have been flagged 2 months ago.

I had the account for more than 3 years. The seller was botting on my account, and it was not handmade,

Please read the second post I made. I've compiled all the evidence so please read it.

The seller even said that he "Was online for 2 hours on the account before i got disconnected". Meaning, the transaction was not complete. The account got banned during the boost, just look at the timestamps.

all detections prior to 11/11/16 were banned on the 11th. all detections after november 11th were banned on the 21/22nd of November. So by this banned date it was from 11 to the 22nd that botting occurred.

proof is in my inbox CM if you would like to check it that Nimababa is responsible for other users bans for botting.

So we see a pattern here of users getting boosting from Nimababa and getting banned for detected programs.

Mhm, alot of people dont leave feedback, what i ment by things going slow is that i hadnt orders in que, for some weeks ago i had 3+ orders in que. I even had a order right before i did yours. And first of all you did not ask for a refund, you chargebacked via paypal.

One more thing you are saying that your account is worth 3000$? First of all mounts etc is kept on the account, second all your chars where level 100, don't overexadurate. However im sorry that we are in a position like this and your account is banned but i asure it was handleveled.

Nimababa you were removed from someones leveling team due to bot use and many accounts given to you were banned. This was banned amazingly during a detection while you had it. Sorry you are responsible for a refund. Blizzard will give zero information on this issue and will refuse to overturn it.

Now account damage is another issue its a sixth month ban, not permaban. 4300 achievement points is not a 3000 dollar account, ever. please send a pm with all the toons armories.

Linking my wow account to you guys. I don't work towards gear nor do i work towards AP, I work towards mounts and collectibles. I had a lot more than 7 lvl 100 toons, even if i did each toon is worth at least $60 because of the character boosts.

The mounts are ACCOUNT BOUND, MEANING LICENCE BOUND. MY LICENCE WAS BANNED, MOUNTS=GONE.

My rarest mounts include:

-Amani Dragonhawk
-Bloodfang Widow
-Mottled Drake
-Savage Raptor
-Ghastly Charger
-Riding Turtle
-Subdued Seahorse (Reins of poseidus)
-Swift Spectral Tiger

The swift spectral tiger isworth at least $1000 alone on ebay. Reins of poseidus goes for at least $500 on any wow selling website . Bloodfang widow 2 mil gold Equivalent to maybe $350. The rest of the tcg mounts are like $300+. Thats a total of $1150 alone for just a couple of my mounts. Not to mention I still had an ample of gold in my bank along with a chromatic sword and ALL THE TCG TABARDS (Whole set goes for more than $1000 on ebay.) Plus, I had a few more tcg items such as the dark portal hearthstone, flag of ownership, demon hunters aspect which is $400 total on ebay. Just a few of this items is already $2.5k, not too mention the rest of my month sub gone and other misc items.

yes but once on account they are severely less. Accounts are only worth what someone would pay not what you paid into it.
Now account is not permabanned so its not a total loss.

Gametime was in cards. There was around 1.1mil gold in my account. I doubt that he will pay me back the boosting fee, let alone the losses in gametime and gold. Just checked his other threads and apparently he doesn't even have 50 bucks to buy a gpu.

Nimababa you are responsible for the lost 1.1 million gold and gametime. On every bot ban from detection blizzard removes every copper. And prepaid gametime is lost too. Thats 310.00 for gametime and gold with gold valued at 0.20 per k gold.

Don't know why you are so fixated on the mounts. Because of you lying about the boost being "handmade", I am now unable to play the game for half a year. You can start by first cancelling the dispute on paypal, then you can refund me my stolen game time. As for the gold, i am able to take screenshots and transactions made via paypal and chat logs with my seller a few days before my ban, but lets deal with that last.

What the... epicnpc how can you be so easily fooled? This person still has not cancelled the dispute, meaning I most likely won't be getting my money back. He could cancel the dispute immediately and refund me instantly if he wanted to. 1st of Dec is when paypal decides who gets to keep the money.

Did you really say "Don't get fooled by this guy?" you're the one who was botting on my account when you said it was handmade. You're the one who refuses to give back my refund. And don't forgot, 6 months of subscription.

I have dealt with paypal disputes for many, many years. You can cancel a claim by clicking the button.

To close a dispute or claim:

If he comes back and compensates ipocoyo with refund, gametime and gold compensation ( the gold is 100% lost for good) he can be unbanned. at that point he would have to refund shreads or will be banned again.
