Hello, i'm pretty new to this website and of you're not trusted i won't go first!
As the title say, i would like to trade my PBE account for one on EUW.
I would prefer it to be quite low-elo since i would like to rank it up myself. It does not have to be anything special but most of the AD carries would also be prefered.
