Banned - failed to resolve scam thread -http://vbforums.mmobay.net/scammers/401730-iwantrogue-refuses-issue-refund.html

This person contacted me asking the question right away "do you accept paypal". did ask if the account was still for sale of not. then he said give me your paypal (barely able to understand his english). i said no and told the person he was a scammer.. then he signed directly off or blocked me
