Provide information about the dispute and what lead to it: Issue - He sold me account for 50e, he wasnt account original owner,but he said it was from good guy, which isnt a ****, and i wont have a problem with it. After some time it got restored. The seller says its my problem, because probably i got keyloggers or rats... which is funny part, coz only that account is lost, nothing else. In the end then i got the issue, he said,that his friend is not OO aswell, that he got account from some other site and bla,bla. He didnt state that account was chain traded or something like that. In my opinion hes responsible for what happened, and he must refund me, i wont accept this account back, coz it lost security. Plus he said he will contact friend and will try to do something,but now hes not responding and ignoring me.

Plus seller isnt denying the fact that account got restored.

Actually i traded with other guy, but i didnt knew its insecure account(we solved everything with him, so hes out from this), coz u stated me that its from your real life friend which is good guy,and i wont have problem. You stated in conversation. I knew that ur not OO,but i trusted you,coz u said its from RL friend, if i would knew its chain traded or sold i wouldnt bought it.

Now there is another thing. I dont know who took account back,but dodo recovered it for me today,after this post. But he was ignoring me before i made this thread. And i dont know how he was able to recover it for me in a minute, because i tryed to do by myself, i wasnt able, because gmail was asking me information which was last changed on 4 of march, and i got account 6 days ago, And there was a phone numbers and all other info from before. So for taking account back and recovering account for me today was used the same information, wich dodo had, and used to recover account for me instantly... which is weird.. BTW, dodo told me that he had(originaly he said he was trying to sell this for a long time) this account for a long time.

The original email on the account had a password change and the recovery email was also changed.

1) Legionas why didn't you change the recovery email on the gmail account when you received it?
2) Who did you sell it to?

Checking the gmail account it seems there is a phone number now added for added security. Legionas was there a phone number when you had it or after you sold it?

Legionas and Dodosk PM me with the following information.

Gmail recovery settings was changed,everything was changed. But dodo used his old info to restore it,because then u change last settings, gmail using 30days old information for restore,just in case to pretend from hackers and other stuff. So then account was stolen, i couldnt restore by myself, coz i needed to write old information.

Dodosk, i want to know truth, who stole account, coz u had all the info to restore account,and u was ignoring me all the time, till i created dispute,and later u just restored me account in a minute. Which is frustrating,how u was able to do it so quickly, but before u didnt give a single **** about that, and u was accusing me about hacks.... The guy who posseses account is not feeling safe, because of you. When u will explain everything,i will close this. I m thinking u tryed to screw me.

The only info I was able to find out about the Gmail account is that the recovery phone number ends with 97. If you have any proof showing that this number was on the gmail account before, please post it.

I found the person who's Gmail account [email protected] belongs to on Facebook, although I can't send him a message, but I tried a friend request. Hopefully he responds.

DodoSK are you the original creator of the email [email protected]? Who did you buy it from?

I did not make screenshot of that. But i got chat screenshot of original account owner speech. He recoverd this account because, someone stolen it. But i dont believe it, i think dodo is scammer, and he must refund me.

It makes no doubt that dodo sold me phished/stolen account or even he is into this... As i stated, i want refund. Im tired of this.

The user in that chat is speaking Slovak and the person that owns the email [email protected] is also Slovak, so I'm going to assume they are the same.

This proves that a previous owner has recalled the account. Whether or not it was stolen from him or he's lying, it proves legionas is not lying about the recall.

DodoSk owe legionas 50 euros. DodoSk has been notified.
