What is the dispute about?
I ordered 500K experience for the seller to grind on my account; however, the seller only played for around 100K. He also spent money to purchase gold on the account through one of my pre-authorized payment methods, claiming the account was hacked. He then proceeded to use the gold purchased with my money to convert free experience on the tanks, claiming as he leveled them. He also kept making excuses to not play on the account, such as server lags. When I confronted him about the dishonesty, he stopped replying to my messages. I would like a refund on the experience he didn't play and a compensation of the gold he spent on my account.
