What is the dispute about? Account not delivered. And when asked for a refund it was declined even though logins did not work. They then have begun asking for my phone number, which I am not comfortable providing in this situation.
Other details / notes: I paid upfront for the World Flipper account through Facebook and I gave the seller multiple chances to fix the password or email to which they said I am not following caps which I copypasted properly. I then informed them I will be reporting it since I gave them 3 chances to refund me but now they are saying I am acting maliciously, when I gave them over an hour to fix this
