Seller failed to fulfill order and provided me with a full refund. I left him a neutral feedback as a result. However, I decided to give them a second chance to redeem themselves asked them for another service.
They have happily provided me a discount on the service that I paid for the first time and they have successfully fulfilled that order. I am happy to say that I am satisfied at the way they handled it and
their customer service is superb with their communication.
With that being said, I request that the neutral feedback I left for them be changed into a positive one.
