Information about the dispute can be found here http://www.epicnpc.com/threads/701278-Archeage-Gold-Scammer-turkletont but to sum it up:
>2 weeks ago sold gold for $190. Friendly guy, transaction went well.
>Few days later - paypal email saying that he filed a dispute
>Said he bought an Xbox One off me and I didn't deliver and cut off all communication
>I escalated to a claim, thought I would win because I showed pictures showing it was a intangible transaction and most certainly not for an xbox
>I lost the claim
>Call up paypal
>this guy gave them a URL of a fake xbox one auction wtf
>appeal the claim
>heavy stalking and tracing
>found his name, address, phone number, and IGN of main archeage character
>called his house from New Zealand
>guy isn't home
>this guy told his mom he won a dispute over an xbox one wtf
>submitted a crapton of evidence to paypal for now
Sorry for the crap formatting, but putting it into paragraphs would take way too long.
I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with these kinds of claims and could give any advice on what to submit or do?
I can't elaborate on how I found all his personal info or what I submitted to paypal because he might be reading this.
What I can say that it is basically conclusive evidence if the paypal investigator actually reads the 6000 words with the URLs.
