Hi there, can you answer me how can i do to make me full protected?
I will send a high risk payment to a trusted seller here, but it's a high amount of usd so i think he can just run out and get money with the consecutive ban on site which means i will get ...**ed
What can i do to refund payment if something goes wrong with paypal?
Should i login with an vpn on my account paypal and change pass and then make payment or should i just call my bank when the scam get done and tell them unauthorized transaction?
It's a non-gift payment and a virtual item of course

Pay with credit card through they are more likely side with you if something happened

Obviously before you do anything you should contact the seller to work out the problem. If you can't come to an agreement and you think you deserve a refund, then open a dispute thread in the Active Dispute forum and post your proof. I or one of the super mods will look over the evidence and come to a decision.

If it's decided in your favor, the seller will then be asked to give you a refund. If they decide they would rather be banned, then your first bet is to dispute the payment with Paypal. If you lose that then you can dispute it with your bank or credit card company if the money came from there. They usually don't ask any questions other than if you didn't authorize the charge, say yes and that will start the process.
