Why transaction has been cancelled?

Hello there,

Got some questions regarding transaction.
New transaction has been opened, buyer paid the fee then MM was picked and join chat. I provided account details and sent it to MM. Then got an respond from him about phone number attached to account (saw it in email), I was driving to work (since in my country it was 7am) as soon as I got to work I sent phone number details, but saw transaction was already closed, I sent private message to MM but no respond. Transaction is no more active.

My questions are:
1. Why did transaction close? It was only 40 min and MM decided to close it.
2. Noticed after closing transaction fee paid by a buyer is refunded but in this case its less by 10$, does it possible in this case to reopen transaction without paying extra fee again since I dont see any reason to cancel it?

10:18am - MM asked for more info
10:49am - MM cancelled due to no response.
10:53am - you replied

The MM should have waited longer before cancelling, however you (the seller) should really have been online for the transfer. If you were driving you should have waited until you got home before starting the process.

1. MM will cancel depending on the MM, there's no set time.
2. If nothing is transferred to the MM yet, 100% refund will be issued within 24 hrs. In this case the transfer was not completed, so a 100% refund will be issued.

It was very late for him and he was probably about to go to bed so he cancelled as the seller would have to wait 8-10 hours to continue and it would have been easier to just do another trade.
