Is it because i violated one of the rule which is to state the price of the account?
If so what does this mean to me? Does it affect me in any way? And how can I make up for it?

No, the negative balance doesn't affect you as a seller in any way.

To make up for the negative balance, you'd need to buy some credits https://www.epicnpc.com/dbtech-credits/credits.1/currency

Yes, if you receive a warning you will lose 25 credits. Credits are an optional system and have no affect on your account or threads otherwise.
