Why am I flagged for fraud?

I was midway through the process accepting a seller's price via Trade Guardian (buying an account) when I noticed that my account has 'fraud detected' listed on it.
I paid the MM fee and now awaiting a middleman to join the trade. I don't understand exactly how I was flagged for fraud? Did the seller flag me because I waited
a day to accept the price? (it was christmas yesterday and was unable to even get on my laptop)

We monitor IP addresses and use an IP reputation service. Your last IP appears to have been reported for fraud.

The review has been complete and the warning removed.

Your IP address has a really bad reputation so it'll keep coming back until your IP changes. We can wait a few days then you can request it removed again.

But I am in the middle of a trade at the moment with the MM fee being paid, if it is a false flag can you please confirm it to the middleman to continue with the trade?
