Question for mods, if they can explain who this is and why he was banned (via here or through messages).

 

Just confirming what doomedtofail said. The person was banned due to being involved in chargeback scams and no other reason. And since that's illegal as well as against our forum rules they have been banned.

 

Charged back payments. He sold on account services that bought packs or gems for a cheaper price then charged back the payments made on the accounts via credit card company. Putting the accounts at a negative balance

 

It says charge back method, but as a former buyer of one of his epicnpc accounts I would really like to know what that means.
