What will epicnpc do to scammers with verified id?

Since epicnpc has a badge with verified id. I want to know what will happen to a user who scams when his id is verified?

-His epicnpc account gets banned and ID informations are tagged as scammer.
-He can't get ID verification badge once more even if he manages to come with a fake account somehow.
-His ID informations or any sensitive informations are not exposed to public.
