What separates this section from the Scammers one?

Scam busters is usually for when you catch Imposters, so you can warn the community, or someone attempts to scam you but is unsuccessful.
This is mostly just for warning the community about untrustworthy members.

Actually it's supposed to be so that you can protect yourself from scamming. This is the area for How To trade, how to stay safe, etc. Imposters are a sub-set of that charter.
