No, that's not right. Not sure where he got that list of payment methods from.
The payment methods available for the MM fee are the same ones as when buying credits. You can see them here: https://www.epicnpc.com/dbtech-credits/credits.1/currency . Additionally, paypal is available for paying the MM fee with some MMs, me included.
As for the main payment for whatever is being sold, it goes from buyer to seller directly and not through the site. Any payment method can be used as long as you both agree on it.
