This Steam account says he's from AU, but his IP address is from Pakistan. That's a major red flag.
Click the 'location info' button in a post to see what country a member is from.
No feedback is not allowed if there was no sale. Please create a thread in the Feedback Dispute forum. If there was no sale or trade, just say that.

He has a steam trade screen warning about attempted scams so I ask him if he wants to do csgo keys one at a time but he goes upfront.
He then gives a story then says he cancels trade cuz he doesnt want to go first.
I edit my post I gave in his thread to give people warning about how our trade proceeded and that he seems sketchy.
He gives me a feedback even though we never traded.
My question is, Is he allowed to do this or can I get this removed?
