Alright, a while back I traded for a WoW account and the trade went completely smooth. I got all his info (except for CD-Key) and he got all of mine. I played on the account for the rest of the subscribed month, but didn't renew because I was not playing WoW that often.
The trade went down on October 17th. I got the account and changed the password and e-mail associated with the Battle.net account. I confirmed the SQA and all of that good stuff and played on the account until about early November. Last time I logged into the account wasn't more than 2-3 weeks ago (when it was frozen for having no subscription).
But now I logged into the armory today to get the armory link for it and the Armory said I have no characters. Figuring it was a bug I jumped into the Battle.net account management page. Of course what I saw there was even more confusing... nothing. There was no more WoW account attached to the Battle.net account and my obvious first reaction is that he recalled the account after about a month.
So first of all does it look like his WoW account was recalled off my Battle.net (I got no e-mail, no nothing from Blizzard and nothing from the OO of the account [on these forums])? Second, where should I go from here? If you guys confirm that it indeed looks like he recalled the account then I'm ready to go to war with this scammer.

Using his original WoW username that he sent me I tried to use password recovery and merging the account back into my B.net. In both instances it said the account in question was merged to a Battle.net account.
