To open a dispute:

1. Go to Resolution Centre.
2. Click Dispute a Transaction.
3. Select the button beside the transaction you want to dispute, then click Continue.
4. Select ‘Item dispute’, click Continue and follow the on-screen instructions.

yes but the bank sometimes be willing to file a dispute if you explain that you've been scammed and give details on the event. It really depends on your bank

Your bank in most of cases will refund your money if you contact them but first try with Paypal dispute because if you contact bank your Paypal can be placed into negative balance or even locked

yah tell me about it the people ive usually done this with its always been discord send thru paypal an everything is fine never used the MM b4 ^^;
