was my email reply to player auctions a bit harsh?

So I use to buy tools off ******************* it's a seemingly safe site with middleman service. Anyway I had an issue with my account and had to make a new one. So then come to find out as soon as I purchased a eve account forv $500 they suspend me for multiple accounts.

Long story short I contacted customer service on the internet chat. Lady tells me I have to email a request to trust@playerauctions to swap the accounts and reactive my main. OK no email them takes about 3 days to get a response then the guy tells me I need to contact pasupport. I'm like really? So I contact them AGAIN. Now today I get this email. And this was my response.

Are you seriouse? Trust forwarded my issue to you a week ago.
This back and forth bull**** is ridiculous.
Your customer service is a joke. I had 2 accounts, lock one and activate the other how hard is that to understand? I frigging understand it was against your policy. I get it sorry but talking 2 ducking weeks to even respond then panning my case of between "trust" and your useless department is **** business practices .

This company has to have the worst customer service ever oh well never use them again..
 
There trust department is an utter joke. I never received any response after emailing them for months. it been years now and never got one response lol

I've used them in the past when I was purchasing an account and the support they provided back then was terrible. Sad to see they haven't improved on any of their customer support services.

They locked out my account and I had to wait a WEEK to get the account I bought after going through with their "verification" shenanigans.

Those words were a bit harsh, I've worked as a hotline representative before, it absolutely sucks when a customer automatically assumes that YOU were the complete cause of his problem, when it was really the whole companies. Should have taken a breather before sending such a heated message :) Gooday though.
