"Warning: Trade with Caution" - why this ?

I don't know why I'm getting this "Warning: Trade with Caution" I haven't had any recent problems with the site, and on my profile the only thing it says is that I changed my nickname recently (which I didn't). The only change I made was to add discord to my contacts, other than that, why did I get the warning tag? I need help with this

It was a false alert. It was resolved and we made an update correct the issue.
