A pretty yellow ticker to tell other people to conduct business with you with a grain of salt and be warry when conducting business with you :d What else should it mean.
I do see however that the Warning has been given by a member who has been banned so I pretty much think someone should really remove it because it seems like a while.

When I commented you weren’t verfied at all and only had the EpicNPC Membership as your only tag. You may want to check when your verified status expired, because they have to be renewed every year.
