I knew it was risky, the way they had people changing emails to the "@warcraftloot.com" was stupid.

They got what looks to be all of their accounts banned/suspended, and have filed claims with paypal.

They "claim" the old got hacked thing with unauthorized purchases, but I called up PayPal and it looks like it isn't going to fly.

Shame on them.

PEOPLE.

IF you sold an account that got banned by WowLoot, PLEASE call up paypal and let them know you have emails proving they knew what was going on when they sent money.

I've spent a few hours on the phone and they told me that it takes more than just them claiming their account got hacked to actually receive the money back.

Don't let these [censored] get away with this.

yea they did the same thing to me, except I never even got as far to receive money. Mine stayed on pending payment for 2 days then I get this [censored] about it being banned. I'm gonna call blizzard and have my account locked, if I can't use it then those [censored] aren't going to either

I've spoke with a few people from paypal last night. And told them that many people have been scammed this way. And they told me to report them to the FBI. www.ic3.gov Well explain to us what you had to do in order to get your money back. Mines on temporary hold atm.

Mine is also on hold atm. Unfortunately, there is no way to speed up the investigation process.

I was able, however, to get notes left on their (their being wowloot/games royale) paypal account about exactly what they've done, and the many people I know who have evidence.

If you sold to them, PLEASE take the few minutes it takes to call paypal.

Its not like Blizz, takes a few minutes to speak to a live representative.

Ok I reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Ill talk to paypal later and Ill see whats going on.
