waht problem with www.gamersloot.net and www.randyrun.com

i pay for gamecard on gamersloot.com they refund my money-2euro fee after 1000 mails and 3 days , and i pay on randyrun for game card i still waiting for card, i buy on both sites before via monebookers no problem but now they sucks.
i buy now from www.hotcdkey.com pro site and 10 min delivery
