Verified Member Upgrade Issues

Hi EpicNPC,

I've tried numerous times to upgrade to Verified; I've uploaded my ID scan and on the screen that asks for my phone number, it doesn't let me proceed. I keep getting the message "Please provide a valid phone number" even though that's the phone number I have on record and is the one I currently use (and have used for over five years). Any help? Thanks!

The country code is based on your IP address. If you're using a VPN or proxy, you'll get that message. Sometime if you're at work using a business network it will also cause problems.
