Verification problem

Hello, I'm an Egyptian citizen currently residing legally in Saudi Arabia. My phone number is Saudi (+966), and I have a valid Saudi residence permit. My Saudi residence permit was rejected during verification, and when I tried my Egyptian passport/ID, it was rejected because the ID country doesn't match my Saudi phone number.
Could you please manually review my verification or advise me which document you accept for a legal resident of Saudi Arabia with an Egyptian passport?
I can provide my valid Saudi residence permit and Egyptian passport if required

For SA, we accept ID card, drivers license, residence permit or passport.

If you need to use a Egypt ID, then you must use a phone number from Egypt.

I am NOT trying to verify using an Egyptian ID. I want to verify using my valid Saudi Residence Permit, which you confirmed is an accepted document for Saudi Arabia.
However, when I uploaded my Saudi Residence Permit, it was rejected as “Document rejected”.
Could you please tell me why my Saudi Residence Permit was rejected, or allow me to submit it again / manually review it?
I can provide the Saudi Residence Permit again if needed.

It states the card is not supported. This is sometimes the case when an old card is being discontinued and replaced by a new card.

Only the Saudi Arabia Premium Resident Identity Card is accepted, not the normal card. Sorry.

Thank you for clarifying. I understand now that only the Saudi Premium Resident Identity Card is supported, not the standard Saudi residence permit.
In my case, I am an Egyptian citizen legally residing in Saudi Arabia with a standard Saudi residence permit and a Saudi phone number.
Since I cannot change my phone number for another 30 days, is there any alternative manual verification method available for legal residents using a standard Saudi residence permit?
I would be happy to provide my Saudi residence permit and Egyptian passport for manual review.

I'm sorry, we do not provide any exceptions.

If you're living in SA and do not have the premium residence ID, you will have to obtain one of the other supported IDs. If not, you will have to verify a phone number from Egypt and submit that ID instead.
