verification issue?

Hey

I am trying to get verified but it rejected me because my current phone number is from the country wich i live but my indetification its my native citizenship ( where i was born )
it wont let me re-try verification it only told me to contact support, i send my issue to "contact us" but i dont have an open personal msg's on the website.
Just in case i deleted and cleaned all my messages on e-mail cause sometimes messages-replys dont come through if i dont manually search the sender's msg
anything else i can do?
