Hi,
So earlier I tried getting verified today, but my submission was rejected with the reason "Presented document tampered, document similarity to specimen."

I assure you my ID card is not tampered in anykind of way. and was officially issued by the government. The ID is genuinely mine.

Could someone help me understand the issue and how to resolve it? Like did i take the photo wrong or something? And what does "similarity to specimen".

So does that mean i can't get verified as seller?. I still have my driver license if that could work.
