What is the dispute about? Dispute over scamer. he back my 3 channels $1240 from his email. he promised to refund me on June 30th but he lied and refused to refund me.
Other details / notes:
I bought 3 of his channels at 3 different times and he used his own email to remove my admin email from the channel. and in turn 3 of my channels were back by him. he is a scammer and not paying me. I accuse him.
