Using a Friends paypal?

Buyer: well i dont have a scanner, but my friend is gonna be sending the money to u with his paypal and he can send u his ID proving its his paypal cause he already has a pic of his ID on his comp but there is no scanner around here so i wouldnt be able to send u anything but id give u all the info to the account
Buyer: cause unfortunately i dont have a credit card of my own yet
Buyer: so i was gonna pay him and hes gonna send u the money for me
Buyer: hes verified paypal


Chances of this being a scam? The guy has good feedback and is from the states. I Have his phone number and address. Could his friend just take the money back and say it was an un-authorized payment?

After he sends the payment, make him dispute it, then close the dispute. Then your fine, since he can't dispute it more than once.
