But I want to change my username. Please, can you help me?

EpicNPC can do a one time name change within 10 days of account creation without the need to use credits. Anytime after that will require a paid transaction.

If you wish to change your name please visit the EpicNPC shop where you will be able to make a change. I have attached an example below:

However, I found the guide, but I can't use the free username change.

(I never changed my username, and my account was created in 2020)

You can go here to buy credits:

https://www.epicnpc.com/dbtech-credits/credits.1/currency

After that select the Shop and purchase the Username Change item.
