User Title bug, colors and bold didnt work

so i purchased bold title and color title
(my title was bold by default, any ways to refund this item btw?)

and instead of changing my user title, it changing the string below - EpicNPC Verified

please fix

Your username was bold by default. Upgrades make your username bold, but not the user title. I'm not sure I understand the issue. Your user title is bold and red, so it appears both items are working as expected.

Go to your thread and at the top in the shop items area, purchase the "Thread Highlight" item. That will highlight your thread row for x days.

Yes, that is the "user title".

Username color can't be changed, only via upgrade colors.

Top one is with the Pro Seller upgrade.

Colors can be manipulated further by purchasing a "username glow".

That blue color is with "verified" upgrade + glow. you can't get that color with Pro Seller. Glow only slightly changes the color. It won't change it from orange to blue.
