User 'Mention' notification added

Users can now quickly mention other members by simply using the @ symbol for example @EpicNPC CM.

Users mentioned will receive a notification to alert them. This will take them to their "Mention History" page where they can see all the posts where someone mentioned them. The history page can be found on your profile page by clicking the new "Mention" tab.

You can also use

@OP:

to quickly mention the original poster of the thread, but for this, you have to use the colon : also.

useful update, one thing i have to report today

as you can see my user title is messed up, it is caused by leaving the user title text box empty. at first i thought leaving it empty will reset it to original but it does not.
