Hello. Im here on behalf of a friend who got his account pulled back by the guy he bought it from @Usopp_123
Here are images of the convo and the inbox of the email he was given.

before he bought the acc he requested the email to be changed to a different email so that when he bought the acc Usopp could just message epic saying to change the email back to the other email cause he already verified it was his, making it very easy to pull back the account. If it wasnt Usopp that did this, then he was selling ******* accounts which is against TOS anyways.

I didnt pull the account.
I didnt have access to the original email when I bought it.
I gave him the only emails I had with the account.
I dont sell ******* accounts but he does (thats why hes banned, tried selling stolen accounts)
Those emails from epic are days after I messaged them, when I buy an account I email epic to have it changed so I dont waste the email change. Thats why the feedback email why epic was sent recently.

Yes he's done wrong, but that doesn't mean youre off the hook if you are selling ******* accounts

I'm not trying to earn favors, I'm just trying to figure this situation out. And selling ******* accounts isn't necessarily a scammer since he stated they were *******. I don't support stealing or cracking accounts. Even if he was a scammer, scamming another scammer doesn't give you a free pass

This is correct. Scamming a scammer is still considered scamming. But I can't say if there was a scam here. I do believe the user lost access to his account somehow and just like every legit merchant here, he needs to be held responsible.

@Usopp_123 If you are unable to regain access to the account to give back to the user, you will need to replace (of equal value) or refund him. If the person you purchased this account from has an account on EpicNPC, you may then open a separate report on them, after you have replaced or refunded the user who you sold it to.

If I refund him id lose the account and the money, he probably still has it. Ill refund him if he gives the account back.

@Usopp_123 By selling safe accounts, you would be able to recover it yourself, help the user recover it, or simply ask the Original Owner to recover it on your behalf. You can't sell unsafe accounts to users and expect to last as a merchant. When people have issues, they are going to ask for help. If you can't help them (for whatever reason), then you're held liable, like such as now.

If you can't get the account back, you will need to refund the user or replace the account.

I dont think anyone can give out their ipv4. but he will work to try and help you recover the account. He just wont be giving out his ip, anyone can understand that.
