What is the dispute about? Anicat bought my account with a thousand dollar installment under the pretense that she'd be able to pay the rest of the money within a month, it's been more than 2 weeks, and she's blocked me on discord, seemingly blocked my phone number, and ghosted my EpicNPC, making conversation impossible. In the few conversations I've had with her, she insisted on making a retrade, though I'm both unable to refund her Installment and am wary of the nature of this retrade. Despite saying she wants a retrade, she hasn't made any active attempts to start one, and, once again, is unavailable.

Other details / notes: for the outcome of this case, I'd perfer the rest of the money be delivered to me before the 20th, or for her to give me back ownership of the account and pay her when I manage to sell it, causing her to trust me in the same way I did her.

You can go back to the TG you did and ask the MM to take the account back or make a resolution , you ended up rushing things that led to this

I am not a middleman and stop making me look like one , I will be needing full access to the account including all receipts and the email tied to mine , I only do sometimes sell on other places , you will just patiently wait for your money if I end up selling it, this is the main problem earlier , you guys just ended up rushing TG without consulting me , if I ended up selling the account , read my thread again , you don't need to get involve in anything as long as full transfer is in my email

Other Middleman except the ones in Epic NPC would ofcourse start a mistrust amongst one another , so you can only use one here , saying you might know one outside won't cut it as it could have been just your friend or so

As for the record , I am not interested in selling for people who cannot trust me with the account fully
When I asked access to it , I was not given due at the time the account is still being transferred , I said it was fine since I was promised that it'll be fix the next day or so , so I made a selling thread and since it was a whale account , its not easy to sell that quick either way , and the following day , a buyer who wants installment came , as I didn't really handle installment and it could be long ,I ask the owner to talk first for possible agreement, little did I know , they already did TG without my knowledge and which now had led to this

You can already tell from that, I was never involve yet I am still helping in one way or another

She communicated in discord, only to say this. Her demands are irrational and unfair, seeing as how I bought the account for 3k alone, and have nursed it with a thousand dollars of my own money. For the, I don't know, second, third, hundredth time. I can't instantly trade back. It'd take me literal months to save up the 1k, and my coinbase is all but gone, after hours on the phone with them. If you want to hand it over to a middleman while I work on finding a buyer, and eventually pay you back through that, it works for me.

Thanks to Anicat's impulsive behavior, I've had to delay the selling of this account by at least a month. By the time I get the crypto back, it could very well be december. And every month I waste where she doesn't spend money on or nurture the account makes it harder and harder to sell.
By January, it will have completely missed 3 shiny new five star units, ones that'll sell well and several events. In the case that Anicat *is* still actively playing, I feel she'd owe me for the chance to use the account for 2 months. Either way, I'm losing out by having to wait through december and january to even get the account *back*, meaning I'm back to where I was in September. I might have rushed into this transaction because I was happy to rid of this account, but she made an impulse desision she regrets, and I'll have to take the financial loss from that.

Option 1 - We will wait on @bailey2020 to collect 1000$. A transaction can be done with TG once when bailey2020 has been ready. Negative feedback will be issued to anicat1 for refusing to pay the full amount and changing their opinion to buy an account after receiving the login info

Option 2 - anicat1 will pay the full amount after a specific deadline. This can be a maximum of two months from this decision

You can both vote on which option you prefer and i will give a final decision in a case that you both choose different options

In case that you have a third one you can give your proposal and will be reviewed

for option 1, I feel like I should be owed for the depreciation in account value due to not having new characters, the time Anicat has had access to the account, and the time she's made me waste on this dispute, not to mention the security risk of her having access to the account. I think 500$ is a fair return price, considering all these concerns. I am also more likely to make this amount sooner rather than later.

The big reason why this dispute was filed was because you cut contact with me on literally all fronts. Since filing this dispute, you've resurfaced on discord and on here. I also was planning to ask for $1000, not $500, so I had enough to pay someone back. I'm sorry you don't like genshin, but you've already made the choice to buy it, and in deciding to get a refund, have left me with a number of problems.
