Hey brother. do you need it to be transferrable and on a pvp server?

regarding the druid, I have a male NE who is stacked in gear. he has 1 full month of play time. But he is on a PVE server, and his transfer is down for a bit. But has a good name, maxxed professions, amazing gear, a BIS feral set with a few BWL epics for it, etc.
