Nm got one for $20 on reddit, it even came with sq42. If you want to sell yours id recommend lowering the price.

According to CIG @ 1:58 the Omgea does have an extra power plant. Of course they may have nerfed it via chatroll.

 

@Danmig, the omega do not have an additional power plant (just an intake installable even on the gamma) and lack of the Squadron 42 download (which worth more than the AC pass), that I haven't noticed.
My opinion stills more than ever but thanks for your contribution

 

The Omega is a modified Gamma with an extra power plant for the booster. It comes with a
unique skin that CIG is not selling outside of the game, and even then they may make you
earn it (racing). So this is worth far more than a Gamma pack. Not to mention that the AC
module pass also gives access to the Social module, and FPS module (according to Ben) so
it is almost as good as an Alpha pass.

Take in mind that the $70 Omega Package on CIG store does not include Arena Commander Pass, which means no instant access to the current build of the game.

Yes. But be aware that ship value and package value are different things.

The value of the package usually includes the SC and SQ42 game downloads, the starting credits, the hangar, etc. When you upgrade a ship, you do it against the ship's value (as a standalone), not the whole package.

so you mean I can buy an omega equivalent (gamma) on CIG store for 70$ (with 70RSI$ melt value) or the omega for 75$ with 0RSI$ from the OP?

 

@Corigan, every Omega package has a melt value of $0, plus the melt value of any CCU applied to it.
When upgrading it, the Omega has a value of $55, this means that you can CCU it to an Avenger for $5, but if you change your mind later and melts it you'll only get back 5 dollars.

"Friends and Family" it is. The one with no protection for buyers and no fees (or little fees for cross-country trades).

 

There is no "personal payment" option. Are you asking for people to pay via "Pay for Goods or Services" which has full buyer/seller protection for digital goods, or "Friends and Family" which has no protection for the buyer and no fees? (edited for clarity)

 

Well it is reasonable for people to judge when they are not used to real currency to virtual item trading, I understand. I once was in your boots and I too got scammed once quite some time ago.

That's why on every popular virtual item trading sites, not only EPICNPC, there is a rating/reputation system, where people with good rep are supposed to be more trusting.

The choice of PayPal option is not only based on it's the option with lowest amount of fee, but to also ensure the seller's (my) right. Since once a virtual item/key is sold and redeemed, there is no way back. Hence no refund to buyer is more than reasonable. Like it or not, this is the norm in this kind of trading. Feel free to explore the market and see how others' are done.

 

I was about to post a snarky comment, but instead of facing a ban, I will wish you the best of lucks trying to sell an Omega Package (not including SQ42) for $100 through the "Friends and Family" Paypal option (no invoice, so the buyer is not protected against a claim back).
