Urgent Question: Help Needed!

Hi, i have a question. I recently had a account that i owned and i was the original owner. Anyways i traded it to someone a few weeks ago and now i get a email from blizzard claming my account has been closed down and wont be opened any under circumstances. They said i used 3rd party programs and hacks which i never did. I have never used any third party programs or hacks in any type of gaming. I am really regretting this since i spent over 350dollars on getting my account geared and gametime. I spent a lot of time on it and it was the only account I have. /cry

Does anyone know how I can get it to reopen, because i dont want to suffer a loss which was entirely not my fault.
If anyone can provide me with tips or help me out on how to get my account back, i would be greatly apperciated. I have been blamed for something i did not even do.

Unfortunately your account is closed for good. Had this happen to a friend of mine on Spirestone. He broke rules and crap involved in the EULA and stuff and he got his account closed for GOOD.

If they said it was permenantly closed then that means it cannot be reopened, but if you are 100% sure you didn't use any 3rd party programs (WoW Glider, Hacks etc.) then I'd say it would be pretty obvious the person you traded it to, did. If you still have his account, don't give it back since it was his fault the account was closed.

Ya, but he knew that when he recalled, so hes the one whos in the wrong in any way here... you should try to get the account back.
